Steps for Creating a CD/DVD 

1. Compile your documents (hard copy and/or electronic) that you would like included on the CD/DVD.
2. Our Program Manager will provide you with a statement of work based on your input.
3. After receiving your purchase order and data, eDocPublish.com will design the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM user interface (main menu) and the Packageor Printed Package
4. Paper documents are scanned and converted to PDF searchable files.
5. Electronic files (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Corel, PageMaker, FrameMaker, QuarkExpress, etc.) are converted to PDF
6. Search engine index is built.
7. Bookmarks and Hyperlinks are generated.
8. Table of Contents is generated.
9. Installation program is designed and written.
10. Project is reviewed by Product Assurance.
11. Design Paper Sleeve or inserts
12. Mail Pre-production CD/DVD for review and approval
13. Email Art Work for review and approval
14. Customer approves Pre-production CD/DVD and Artwork
15. Manufacturing begins
